摘    要:配电自动化的发展,尤其是配网SCADA系统的建立和不断完善,为实现在主站对配电网故障进行自动定位、隔离和综合恢复提供了基础。本文提出了用子站和主站进行分层故障恢复的思想和一种考虑多目标优化的恢复算法。分层恢复的思想,有利于故障恢复的并行处理,减轻主站的工作量,提高故障恢复的速度;多目标优化的算法充分考虑了故障恢复后电网运行的安全性、经济性和合理性的协调问题。通过算例验证了其可行性和有效性。

Abstract:The rapid development of Distribution Automation System, especially the construction of the Distribution SCADA System and its constant consummation has provided a base to the auto-analysis?isolation and synthetic service restoration after fault by center computer. In this paper, an idea of hierarchical service restoration by using substation computer and center computer and a multiple-object optimization algorithm are presented. The idea of hierarchical service restoration is in favor of the parallel process, reduces the workload of center computer and increases service restoration speed. The multiple-object optimization algorithm fully considers the correspondence problem of security, economy and rationality of the network after service restoration.
