曲轴疲劳强度可靠性设计双堤坝模型

摘    要:作者提出了曲轴可靠性设计双堤坝模型,外堤坝代表曲轴疲劳强度,内堤坝代表汽车发动机曲轴在多工况下应力变化情况。双堤坝模型从曲轴强度和工作应力之间的关系显示了曲轴的工作状况。采用条件可靠性等效寿命理论计算曲轴的可靠性。

Abstract:A Dual-dam Model of fatigue reliability design for engine crankshaft is presented in this paper. The outer dam of the model represents the crankshaft fatigue strength and the inner represents the changing stress of automotive engine crankshaft under various operation modes. The dual-dam model shows the operation state of crankshaft by virtue of the correlation between its strength and working stress. The reliability of crankshaft can be calculated by means of theory of equivalent life of conditional reliability.
