铲齿车床改造为内旋包络式数控螺杆铣床的技术研究

摘    要:针对成形法存在的不足,进行了内旋包络式螺杆加工方法的探讨,对铲齿车床改造为数控螺杆铣床的相关技术进行了研究.文章从内旋包络铣削原理出发,分析了内旋包络铣削法所需的机床运动,阐述了在结构上采用三轴联动的交流伺服、不搬动角度的旋风铣头结构及自动生成数控加工程序的软件开发等技术.该研究为研制新型的内旋包络式数控螺杆铣床提供了经验和重要依据.

Abstract:In order to solve the defects of the forming method, this paper expounds on the method of envelope-whirling to process screws, and explores the technology of alter a backing-off lathe into a NC screw-milling machine. Starting off from the theory of envelop-whirling milling, this paper further makes analysis of the needed machinery motion presided by this method, and illustrates the technologies of adoption of a 3-axis AC servosystem, a fixed whirling cutter, and the development of a software that automatically creates NC programs. The study in this paper provides experience and reference for developing new kinds of envelope-whirling milling machines.
