催化精馏塔内装填方式的研究

摘    要:提出了两种新的催化剂装填方式,新的装填方式与以前的混装方式相比,具有结构简单,操作成本低,催化剂装填量小,装卸方便等优点.新方式采用板式结构,动持液量大,增了大催化剂床层的润湿率,延长了催化剂的寿命.

Abstract:Two new packing structures used in catalytic distillation column were proposed. They had such advantages as simple structure, convenient loading of catalyst, low operating cost and little volume fraction of catalyst loading compared with the mixing of catalyst and metallic 6 ring. Owing to the new packing structure's plate type, the liquid hold-up and liquid-solid contacting efficiency of the catalyst bed were increased and the life of the catalyst were prolonged.
