摘    要:简要介绍了六西格玛管理的来源、实施步骤及要求,阐述了六西格玛在人力资源管理中的具体应用,包括人才的引进和聘用、薪酬体系、日常管理三方面,指出该方法能够使人力资源管理数据化,促使人力资源管理工作具有客观性和前瞻性。

Abstract:The paper introduces the origins, the implementation steps and requirements for the six-sigma management, illustrates the application of the six-sigma human resource management, including the recruiting and employment of the talents, the salary system, and the daily manage- ment, and points out the method should be digitalization for the human resource management, and enhance the human resource management, so it is objective and prospective.
