| 摘 要： | 针对招投标过程中出现的围标、串标等不合理现象,从企业自主招标角度出发,考虑有利于投资控制的总价包干方式,在以往招标模式的基础上,设计出一种更有利于维护企业利益、和谐竞争环境的自主招标新模式,对实行自主招标的企业有一定的参考研究和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Aiming at some unreasonable phenomena in bidding process, such as the surround-bidding and colluded bidding, the paper from the enterprise autonomous bidding, considers the total price complete rationing way, and designs the beneficial autonomous bidding new model for maintaining the enterprise interests and harmonious competition environment, based on the bidding model, so as to have the reference research and direction significance for implementing autonomous bidding enterprise. |
