| Abstract: | According to the allocation principle for the quality controlling points for the constructing projects, the paper combining with the engi- neering facts, allocates the respective quality controlling points, sums up the controlling measures beforehand and control in the event along all procedures, and points out the points for the quality control, so as to ensure the quality of the general project. |
