| 摘 要： | 通过研究承包商不平衡报价背后的驱动力，推导出了招标控制价在防止承包商不平衡报价中的机理，并得到了不平衡报价合理浮动值的计算公式，最后提出了招投标过程中应注意的三个方面，以指导实践。

| Abstract: | According to the research on the driving power behind the unbalanced pricing of contractors, the paper induces the mechanism for the bidding control pricing in the prevention of the unbalanced pricing of contractors, concludes the calculation formula for the reasonable floating value of the unbalanced pricing, and points out the three aspects of the bidding process, so as to direct the practice. |
