| 摘 要： | 合同在建筑工程中对规范双方权利义务有非常重要的意义,针对一些具体案例提出GF 1999-0201建设工程施工合同示范文本中专用条款等签署时应注意的具体问题,从而避免合同纠纷,减少社会资源浪费,促进社会和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that the contract is essential for regulating the rights and the duties of the both parties in the contract,the paper points out the factual problems in the signing some special clauses of the model text of the GF 1999-0201 Construction Contract of Projects,so as to avoid the contract disputes,reduce the wastes of the social resources,and enhance the harmonious development. |
