论监理工作方法及其在工程质量控制中的作用

结合＂青藏公路整治完善工程＂监理工作的实践,阐述了工程监理制度管理模式对我国工程施工全过程进行质量、进度、费用的控制作用,阐明了监理对质量的控制是保证工程质量的关键因素,同时,在公路工程质量监理表现形式的基础上,对工程施工不同阶段进行质量控制的监理工作方法及措施进行了分析总结,以指导工程实践。

Initial analysis on the methods of supervision work and its effect in engineering quality control

Combining with the supervision practice of the ＂treatment and improvement of Qinghai-Tibet highway＂,it is described that the management mode of engineering supervising system controls the quality,progress and cost of the whole process of engineering construction in our country,especially the supervision of quality control is a key factor in ensuring engineering quality.At the same time,on the basis of the manifestation of the supervision on the quality of highway engineering,the methods and measures of the supervision of quality control in different stages of engineering construction are analyzed and summarized,so as to direct engineering practice.
