二次微絮凝强化过滤效果研究

摘    要:为提高过滤效果,开展了二次微絮凝强化过滤实验研究,结果表明,采用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺作为微絮凝剂,可以明显改善过滤效果,PAM投量为0.01 mg/L,微絮凝时间为2 min条件下,出水浊度,CODMn,UV254的去除率增加了6.6%,5.6%和6.2%。滤池的水头损失增长规律与常规过滤工艺基本相同。初滤水浊度明显降低,相比于未进行二次微絮凝的滤池而言成熟期可以缩短为30 min~40 min左右。

Abstract:The paper undertakes the research on the experiment of the enhanced filtration of the secondary micro-flocculation to improve the filtration effect,proves that the filtration effect can be dramatically improved by adopting the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant as the micro-flocculation agent,indicates the removal rates for the turbidity of effluent,CODMn,UV254 are respectively 6.6%,5.6% and 6.2% with 0.01 mg/L of PAM and two-minute micro-flocculation process,while the increasing law of the head loss in filtration pool is consistent with the regular filtration craft,and concludes the turbidity of the initial filter water was reduced obviously compared with the filter pool without the secondary micro-flocculation,and the maturity period can be shortened by 30 to 40 minute.
