双马来酰亚胺树脂反应性和黏度特性的研究

摘    要:测试了双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂体系的反应性和黏度特性,研究了BMI树脂体系的流变性能。通过DSC分析得到体系的起始温度、峰值温度和终止温度分别为202℃、266℃和320℃;根据Arrhenius方程得到体系的反应活化能为E=58.1kJ/mol;经旋转黏度计测试得到该树脂体系的动态黏.温曲线和静态黏-时曲线,在140℃~180℃树脂体系具有一个较宽的低黏度工作平台和优良的工艺性能。其中,140℃下体系黏度小于300mPa·s可保持50min。

Abstract:The reactivity and viscosity behavior of BMI resin was measured, and then rheological property was studyed. The initial temperature,peak temperature and terminate temperature obtained from DSC analysis were 202 ℃ ,266 ℃ and 320 ℃ respectively; Arrhenius equation showed that activation energy was 58.1 kJ/mol. Viscosity-temperature and viscosity-time curves were obtained from rotational viseometer. The resin system which had excellent processing property had a wider and lower working platform between 140 ℃ - 180 ℃. The viscosity less than 300 mPa. s below 140 ℃can remain 50 min.
