| 摘 要： | 对宽量程范围IFC电路的特性进行了理论分析，定量给出了分析结果；建立了电路的Spice模型，利用Pspice仿真器对电路进行了仿真，给出了仿真结果，并与实测数据进行了对比，结果表明：分析、仿真与实测结果三者之间能较好吻合。

| Abstract: | The analysis and simulation using Pspice model for wide range low level current to frequency converting circuits were discussed.Conclusion was exported.The analysis,simulation and experimental results were given.The results from the three ways are identical well. |
