柬埔寨滨海平原地区水资源开发利用模式初探

摘    要:传统的平原地区水资源开发利用模式造价高、能耗大,极易造成地下水开采过度并引发一系列的环境生态负效应。对此,通过分析柬埔寨及其周边地区水资源开发现状和理论研究进展,结合研究区气候特征及储水构造特点,提出了一种"地表水、地下水就地转化取用"的流域水资源开发利用新模式。典型设计分析表明,该模式充分体现了因地制宜、自然和谐的治水理念,是实现柬埔寨滨海平原地区水资源高效利用、可持续发展的有益尝试。

Preliminary Research on the Mode of Exploitation and Utilization of Water Resources in the Coastal Plain Areas of Cambodia
Abstract:Owing to high cost of economy and energy consumption, the traditional mode of exploitation and utilization of water resources in plain areas is easy to cause excessive groundwater exploitation and bring about a series of ecological environment negative effects. In this paper, the water resources development status as well as theory research progress in Cambodia and its surrounding areas is analyzed. Combining with the characteristics of climate and water storage structures, it puts forward a new mode of exploitation and utilization of water resources which surface water and groundwater transform and access in situ. The analysis of a typical design indicates that the new concept of adjusting measures to local conditions and natural harmony is incarnated in management of water resources. The new mode is a beneficial attempt for effective utilization and sustainable development of water resources in the coastal plain areas of Cambodia.
