珙县电厂取水泵房水下混凝土拱围堰温度应力仿真分析

摘    要:针对珙县电厂取水泵房围堰工程地形狭窄、大型机械设备进入困难、水下施工干扰大等问题,提出了断面紧凑、抗冲性好、施工速度快的水下混凝土拱围堰施工方法,并采用有限元分析法对围堰温度场、应力场进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明拱围堰的温度、应力均满足要求;为避免堰体应力集中现象以利于结构安全,需选择合理的施工间歇期和分层水下浇筑方法。混凝土拱围堰在珙县电厂取水泵房的成功应用,可为同类工程提供借鉴。

Temperature Stress Simulation Analysis of Underwater Concrete Arch Cofferdam in Pump House of Gongxian Power Plant
Abstract:The cofferdam of water intaking of Gongxian power plant pump house faces some problems, such as narrow terrain, the difficulties of how to bring in the large machinery and equipment, the huge interference of underwater construction. The advantages of underwater concrete arch cofferdam are sections compact, impact resistance, construction speed and so on. Because of the different of the forming environment and the working conditions between the underwater construction arch cofferdam and the general arch cofferdam, the cofferdam simulation analysis of temperature field, stress field were implemented to prevent the arch cofferdam appears hazardous crack. The results show that the temperature and stress of arch cofferdam meet the requirements. The application in Gongxian power plant water abstraction pump house project achieves good results, which can provide a reference for the similar projects.
