摘    要:地下厂房防渗排水工程的关键是帷幕灌浆工程,因此做好帷幕灌浆工程管理,保证灌浆施工质量对地下厂区的防渗极为重要。针对目前水电建设市场现状,提出了统一灌浆自动记录仪、大力推行第三方质量检查和建立灌浆工程奖惩机制等灌浆工程项目管理措施,地下厂房左、右岸帷幕灌浆施工质量总体良好,各条廊道渗水总量远小于设计标准,但由于设计、地质及施工等多方面原因,部分施工支洞、灌排廊道局部排水孔渗水较大,实施灌排廊道补强灌浆和压力管道下弯段混凝土化学灌浆封堵后,使渗水情况得以解决,研究结果对相关工程有重要参考价值。

Management of Curtain Grouting Project in Underground Powerhouse of Xiluodu Hydropower Plant
Abstract:Curtain grouting project plays the key point role in anti-seepage and drainage system of underground power house. In order to ensure the drying operation condition of the underground powerhouse, management of curtain grouting project well and ensuring the construction quality are extremely important. According to the present situation of hydropower engineering construction market, unification of data recording machine, implementation of the third party quality inspection and rewards and punishment mechanism of grouting projects were proposed. Up to now, the reservoir water level reached the normal water level, and the seepage in grouting corridors was much less than the design standard. Due to the causes of design, geology and construction, part of the grouting galleries seepage exceeded the expectation. After the strengthening grouting galleries and chemical grouting of bend section concrete in pressure conduit, the conditions of seepage were solved.
