加氢精制装置高压临氢管道失效原因分析

摘    要:某炼油厂柴油加氢精制装置的高压临氢管道在使用过程中突然爆炸起火.对该管道的失效原因进行较详尽分析后指出:由于管道长期在H2、H2S、高温、高压等恶劣工作环境下服役,材料受到氢腐蚀导致材质劣化使管道爆裂失效.严格按照Nelson曲线选用适宜的材料可以延长管道的使用寿命.

Abstract:The causes leading to the explosion failure of the high-pressure hydrogen-adjacent pipelines used for the hydrogenated refining of diesel oil in an oil refinery factory were analyzed in detail.It was found that the blowout and failure of the pipelines was attributed to the properties worsening of the materials subject to harsh working conditions including high temperature and high pressure in the presence of flammable hydrogen gas and corrosive H_(2)S gas,which could readily cause hydrogen-induced corrosion of the pipeline.Thus it was imperative to strictly abide by Nelson curve in selecting proper pipeline materials so as to extend the service life of the pipelines.
