| 摘 要： | 以AT89C51双CPU为核心设计了逻辑分析仪,包括数字信号发生模块、8路逻辑信号采集模块、8路波形显示和存储模块.实验结果证明该仪器运行可靠,可对数据信号进行采集、调整、处理、判断和显示,能完成数字系统的逻辑分析,是一种经济适用的测试仪器.

| Abstract: | Logic analyzer is always used in digital system at an expensive price.A kind of economical logic analysis instrument based on AT89C51 single chip is introduced.The system is constituted of 2 CPU,a digital signal producing module,a collecting module of 8-channel logic signals,a displaying and saving module of 8-channel logic signals.The test of the system indicates that the instrument has multiple functions:collecting,saving,judgement and management while credible and steady. |
