特细号高密织物的浆纱实践

摘    要:特细号高密织物织造难度大,对经纱上浆质量水平要求高.针对CJ 9.7/9.7 551/551和CJ 9.7/9.7 559/543两种特细号高密品种浆斑疵点多的问题,优化浆料配方,采用低粘度浆料,以改善浆液的浸透效果;压浆力中等偏大掌握,但不能太大;浆纱张力适中,车速稳定.浆纱性能测试和织造效果测试结果均表明,采用优化后的工艺减少了浆纱疵点,提高了织机效率和布面质量.

Abstract:The weaving of superfine high density fabric has great difficulty, the demand of warp sizing quality is higher. According to the problems of more starch marks and defects in CJ 9.7/9.7 551/551 and CJ 9.7/9.7 559/543 superfine count high density fabric, sizing formula was optimized and low viscosity size mixture was adopted to improve the size imbue effect. Squeeze pressure should be controlled bigger, sizing tension should be suitable, machine speed should be stable.The test of sizing property and weaving effect shows that optimized processing can reduce the sizing defects and enhance loom effiency & fabric effect.
