摘    要:介绍淮河入海水道淤土段堤防工程的施工概况:采用逐步加高法控制软土地基堤防施工加荷速率,即利用堤防本身的质量作为压载,分级逐渐施加荷载,使软土地基强度逐渐适应上部荷载的增加,最后加至设计高度。根据太沙基一维固结理论,采用有效固结压力法推算软土地基因固结而增长的强度,通过计算分析确定采用逐步加高法施工的分级荷载和加荷时间,并利用堤防施工期的实测数据分析了计算成果的合理性。

Abstract:The construction of the dike project in the Huaihe River sea-entering channel silted section is introduced.The gradual reinforcing method is adopted to control the rate of loading on a soft land base in the dike construction project.That is,using the dead weight of the dike as a pressure load, the load is applied gradually,which allows the foundation intensity to bear the increasing load until it arrives at the design elevation.According to Terzaghi's one-dimensional consolidation theory,and using the effective consolidation pressure technique,the intensity increase of the soft land base due to consolidation is calculated.The gradual load increase and the load time of the gradual reinforcing method are determined through calculation and analysis.Meanwhile, the rationality of the calculation results is analyzed through measured data from the dike construction period.
