| 摘 要： | 对3种测定对叶百部中总生物碱方法进行了研究比较,结果表明酸性染料溴麝香草酚蓝法灵敏度最好.以对叶百部碱为对照品,考察了溴麝香草酚蓝法的线性、稳定性、重现性、加样回收率,均符合紫外吸收法相关规定.以该法测定了对叶百部生品及蜜炙品中总碱的含量,为完善<药典>对叶百部总碱含量测定提供依据.

| Abstract: | Comparing to three methods on determination total alkaloids of Stemona tuberose Lour,the result showed bromothymol blue method having the best sensitivity.Using tuberostemonine as the reference substance,the line range,stability,reproduction and recovery of the bromothymol blue method were excellent for UV determination.By this method,the total alkaloids of crude and processed Baibu were detected,which would givesupplying for the pharmacopeia. |
