硅对铁基磁粉芯性能的影响研究

摘    要:分别从磁滞回线、损耗、磁导率及直流偏置特性来分析硅对铁基磁粉芯性能的影响。结果表明:随着硅含量的增加,磁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度降低,纯铁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度最大;磁粉芯损耗随着硅含量的增加而逐渐减小,纯铁粉芯的损耗最大,FeSi6.5的损耗最小;纯铁粉芯的磁导率要高于铁硅磁粉芯,但随着硅含量的增加,磁导率又缓慢上升;随着硅含量的增加,磁粉芯的直流偏置特性DC-bias稳定性降低。

Effect of silicon on the properties of iron-based magnetic powder cores
Abstract:The effects of silicon on the properties of iron-based magnetic powder cores were analyzed from hyster-esis loop,loss,permeability and DC-bias. The results show that,the saturation magnetic induction intensity of magnetic powder core decreases with the increase of silicon content,and the pure iron powder core has the maxi-mum saturation magnetic induction intensity. The loss of magnetic powder core decreases with the increase of sili-con content,and the pure iron powder core has the highest loss,while the FeSi6.5 has the lowest. The permeabili-ty of pure iron powder core is higher than that of silicon-iron magnetic powder core,but it slowly rises with the in-crease of silicon content. The stability of DC-bias characteristic of magnetic powder core decreases with the in-crease of silicon content.
