自蔓延法制备氮化铬铁的实验研究

摘    要:以Cr_2O_3、Fe_2O_3和Al为实验原料,尿素作为渗氮剂,NaNO_3作为发热剂,采用自蔓延法制备氮化铬铁。通过热力学计算和实验研究,证明了自蔓延法制备氮化铬铁的可行性,并计算出了NaNO_3的加入量。采用XRD进行物相分析,用XRF检测主要金属元素的含量,其中Cr、Fe的质量分数分别为62.70%和33.25%;用定氮仪检测N元素的质量分数为3.42%,达到了氮化铬铁的生产标准。

Experimental study on preparation of ferrochrome nitride by SHS
Abstract:Ferrochrome nitride was prepared by SHS with Cr2O3,Fe2O3 and Al as experimental raw materials, urea as nitriding medium and NaNO3 as heating agent,respectively. Through the thermodynamic analysis and ex-perimental research,it is proved the feasibility of preparation of ferrochrome nitride by SHS,and the adding amount of NaNO3 is calculated out. The phase composition was analyzed by XRD,and the main metal elements contents were tested by XRF. The mass percent of chromium and iron are 62.70%and 33.25%,respectively. The nitrogen content was determined by azotometer,and the mass percent of nitrogen is 3.42%,which reaches the pro-duction standards of ferrochrome nitride.
