粉末锻造连杆的研究

摘    要:采用新研发的粉末材料FDCC01试制了连杆,并对连杆的化学成分、金属流线、显微组织、非金属夹杂物、力学性能、加工性能和疲劳性能等进行了检测,结果表明粉末锻造连杆与微合金非调质钢C70S6连杆性能相当,可以代替非调质钢C70S6材料生产连杆。

Research on powder forging connecting rod
Abstract:Connecting rod was produced with new-developed powder material FDCC01. The chemical composi-tion,metal streamline,microstructure,nonmetallic inclusions,mechanical properties,machining properties and fatigue properties of the connecting rod were tested. The results show that the performance of the connecting rod produced with powder forging is equivalent to the performance of the connecting rod produced with non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6. Thus the connecting rod can be produced with powder material FDCC01 instead of C70S6.
