微波烧结过程中Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金组织演变的研究

摘    要:采用机械合金化和冷压微波烧结法制备了Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金,通过X射线分析和SEM扫描电镜分析Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金的相组成和显微组织,研究了微波烧结过程中Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金组织的演变规律。结果表明:Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金粉体和冷压压坯组织呈层片状;随烧结温度的提高,Cu_(60)Cr_(40)合金压坯在烧结过程中由层片状组织向短棒状或球棒状转变,晶界逐渐明显,孔隙减少,致密度增加,由固相烧结转变为液相烧结。

Study on the microstructure evolution of Cu60Cr40 alloy during microwave sintering
Abstract:The Cu60Cr40 alloy was prepared using mechanical alloying,cold pressing and microwave sintering. The phase composition and microstructure of the Cu60Cr40 alloy were analyzed by XRD and SEM,respectively. The mi-crostructure evolution rule of Cu60Cr40 alloy was investigated during the microwave sintering. Results show that, the microstructure of Cu60Cr40 alloy powder and cold pressed blank is lamellar. With the increase of sintering tem-perature,the microstructure of the Cu60Cr40 alloy transforms from laminar into short rod ball or ball grains,the grain boundary gradually becomes obvious,the porosity is reduced,and the density increases,the sintering pro-cess changes from solid phase sintering into liquid phase sintering.
