摘    要:主要介绍了某VB12生产企业废水的处理现状,试验研究了微电解+MBR工艺处理该废水的效果.采用正交实验方法,确定了微电解的工艺条件,考察了不同工艺条件下MBR的处理效率.结果表明:当微电解反应条件pH为2、反应时间1 h、炭铁比为2,MBR污泥质量浓度、停留时间、溶解氧分别控制在6 000~8 000 mg/L,、20 h、2 mg/L时,系统COD<,Cr>平均去除率达到86%,很好地满足了出水要求.

Abstract:The status of a VB12 wastewater plant is discussed. The pilot-scale experiment is carried out by the process of Fe/C micro-electrolysis and MBR. The parameters of Fe/C micro-electrolysis are confirmed by the orthogonal experiment. Different CODCr removal efficiencies in MBR are analyzed under different conditions. When the micro-electrolysis reaction time, pH and Fe/C are controlled at the 1 h, 2 and 2 respectively, the parameters of MBR MLSS, HRT and DO are controlled at the 6 000 -8 000 mg/L, 20 h, and 2 ...
