摘    要:以聚碳硅烷(PCS)为先驱体,同时混以钼粉,利用聚碳硅烷高温发生裂解形成新化合物的特性,制备出钼基复合材料。主要考察了用此种原料制备钼基复合材料的工艺,及所得材料的相组成及组织结构特点,并对烧结过程中发生的化学反应进行了探讨。结果表明:在N2气氛下烧结,PCS+Mo粉烧结体在PCS质量分数低于18%时能烧结成形。烧结体由多相组成,基体相为Mo,复合相为MoxCy,两相相间分布,基体相占大的体积分数,界面上存在有富Si相。

Abstract:Using polycarbosilane as precursor, mixed with molybdenum powders, molybdenum-based composites were fabricated. The preparation process, the phases composition, the microstructure and mechanical properties, including the reaction equa- tions were analyzed. The results showed that the molybdenum-based composites sintered under the atmosphere of nitrogen can keep their original shapes when the weight fraction of polycarbosilane is under 18%.
