应用双极膜电渗析去再生脱硫废液工艺的研究

摘    要:应用1张双极膜和2张阳离子交换膜构成的二室电渗析器实现了脱硫废液NaHS03溶液的再生.在试验浓度范围(≤0.3 mol·L-1)获得了满意的转化率(>85%).试验研究电流密度、NaHS03浓度、极水浓度和酸碱性、隔室流量对再生时间的影响.获得了该实验装置的适宜操作条件,并研讨了再生过程的电流效率.

Abstract:NaHSO_3 waste liquor is generated by bipolar membrane electrodialysis make up by one bipolar membrane and two pieces of carbon exchange membranes.The regeneration rates are above 90%.Some factors are studies such as the current density,the bulk concentration,electrode rinse concentration and acidity,compartment flux,and Na_2SO_4 content that effects regeneration process.The current efficiency and the energy consumption of the process are studied,which can give some references for industrial application.
