摘    要:介绍了斯太尔曲轴离子硫氟碳共渗 氩原子轰击 子硫氮碳共渗快速深层离子渗氨工艺:用专用吊具对曲轴处理过程中的变形进行控制。结果表明,通过复合共渗处理,可实现快速深层的渗氮效果一用专用吊具对曲轴处理过程中的变形进行有效控制,能完全满足曲轴表面强化的技术要求。

Abstract:A new ion S-N-C co-diffusion plus Ar-bombardment treatment process for the Starer crankshaft was introduced, with a specially designed attachment to control the deformation during the process. The result shows that an accelerated nitriding effect can be gained through the combined multi-element diffusion process and the specially designed attachment can meet the technical requirements of the crankshaft treatment satisfactorily.
