摘    要:合成了一种双子吡啶季铵盐,通过复配制备了缓蚀剂BHH-08C。针对渤海湾JZ9-3油田生产工况,采用动态高压釜挂片失重法、电化学法及微观形貌分析法对BHH-08C的缓蚀性能进行了评价,结果表明该缓蚀剂可有效抑制JZ9-3油田水源井水中的二氧化氯腐蚀。加入70mg/L的BHH-08C可使腐蚀速率降低至0.068mm/a,缓蚀率达68.51%。扫描电子显微镜显示挂片表面无明显局部腐蚀。电化学极化曲线测试显示,BHH-08C是以抑制电化学反应阴极过程为主的缓蚀剂。

Abstract:A gemini quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized. The corrosion inhibitor(anticorrosion ClO 2 )BHH-08C was synthesized by compounding technology.The anti-corrosion effect was evaluated by dynamic autoclave coupon weight loss method and electrochemistry. The corrosion surface of Q235 coupon was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The result showed that this corrosion inhibitor can inhibit efficiently the corrosion of ClO 2 in JZ 9-3 oilfield water. The corrosion inhibitor rate can be reduced to 0.068 mm/a by adding 70 mg/L and the ratio of anti-corrosion is 68.51 %. After corrosion there is no obviously localized corrosion on the coupon. Electrochemical polarization curves showed that,BHH-08C is a corrosion inhibitor which mainly based on the inhibition of the electrochemical reaction of the cathode process.
