嵌入交互式检测技术及其在装备检测中的研究应用

摘    要:信息获取是性能测试与故障诊断的基础。装备系统可用于测试的、开放式的对外接口缺乏,需要将检测系统或其一部分嵌入装备系统内部,获取信息。文章在分析武器装备检测诊断现状的基础上,提出嵌入交互式检测的思想,给出嵌入交互式系统级检测和电路板级检测的检测系统结构,说明了嵌入交互式检测的过程。

Abstract:The obtaining information is the base of the performance detection and the fault diagnose. As a result of the lack of open, fathomable detection interface, it is necessary to embed the detection system or part of it in the equipment system to obtain the information. On the base of analyzing the equipment detection and diagnose status, an idea of the embedded-interactive detection is proposed. The structures of the system-class embedded-interactive detection and circuit-board-class embedded-interactive detection are given. The process of the embedded-interactive detection is explained.
