Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-N合金形状记忆恢复特性研究

摘    要:研究了Fe-20.69Mn-4.93Si-8.15Cr-4.86Ni-0.14N合金的形状记忆特性.结果表明:Fe-Mn-Si-Gr—Ni形状记忆合金经过N合金化后,其形状恢复率得到明显的改善.预应变量为6.2%~9.4%时,经适当热处理后其形状恢复率可达到3.6%~4.2%;当预应变量较小时,热机循环训练对合金的形状恢复率影响不大,而当预应变量较大(ε=9.4%)时,二次热机循环训练后合金的形状恢复率最高,三次训练后合金的形状恢复率又开始下降.

Abstract:The character of SME in Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-N alloys has been studied. The resultes show that the racovery of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-N alloys have beenimproved after nitrogen alloying. The racovery ratio could get to 3.6% ~ 4.2%, when the pre-strain was 6.2% ~ 9.4%. In addtion, the number of trainning cycles hadly has effect on SME, when the pre- strain was small. While, as the pre-strain get to 9.4%, the racovery ratio get maximum after 2 number trainning, then began to reduce with the number increacing.
