射流结合刀具破碎大洋富钴结壳的机理研究

摘    要:大洋富钴结壳的破碎是开采钴结壳的重要环节,借鉴刀具切削破碎软岩机理的研究成果,提出水射流与刀具结合破碎大洋富钴结壳的方法。研究了射流结合刀具剥离破碎钴结壳的机理,分析了采用自控水力截齿破碎钴结壳的优越性,为探索新的钴结壳破碎方法提供了理论上的依据。

Abstract:In mining oceanic cobalt-rich crust, one of the important steps is to cut and strip the crust. In this paper, using the research findings of cutting mechanism of soft rock with cutting tools for reference, a new method to cut cobalt-rich crust with cutting tool combined with waterjet is put forward, the mechanism of cutting cobalt-rich crust by cutting tool combined with waterjet is studied , and the advantage in using self-controlled hydropick to break cobalt-rich crust is analyzed. This paper provides a theoretical base for searching new cutting methods of cobalt-rich crust .
