摘    要:港5-57K是港东油田1口侧钻井,井深1616 m.该井钻至1527~1537 m井段,发生严重漏失,漏失钻井液大于100m3,加入复合堵漏材料近10 t,静置堵漏未成功.通过分析,推断出漏失原因主要有2点一是长期采油出砂造成好的地层连通性,形成大孔道;二是井眼与断层连通形成类似"U"型管效应,造成漏失.因此,对钻井液进行了调整,利用50kg特种材料配成堵漏液10 m3,挤入漏失层0.9 m3,封堵成功,24 h后建立循环,无任何漏失.试油日产油量达到25.13 t以上.现场应用证明,该堵漏液用量少,堵漏效果强,保护油气层效果好,可在低压漏失复杂井中应用.

Abstract:Gang5-57K well is a side-tracked well of Gangdong Oilfield.Loss circulation happened as drilling across 1527 to 1537m,and drilling fluid lost more 100 m~3.injected compound bridging material 10t,static sealing default.After analyze,considering that the reservoir has well connection,big narrow passage and formed "U" shape with fault.Manufactured seal fluid 10 m~3 with 50kg particular material,injected 0.9m~3 seal fluid to leak layer, loss circulation control success.With little particular material can get well seal and protect effect to reservoir,it can be used to low pressure complex well.
