PVA缓释微香囊的研制及结构表征

摘    要:以聚乙烯醇为皮材、玫瑰香精为芯材、戊二醛为交联剂,采用界面聚合法合成醇醛树脂香精微胶囊,研究了反应温度、芯皮材质量比、乳化剂用量、交联剂用量等对合成的微胶囊形状及其缓释性能的影响;通过傅里叶红外测试、粒径分布测试等分析了产品的粒径大小及结构。结果表明:在温度为40℃,乳化剂质量为0.15g,皮材和芯材比为2:3,盐酸体积为1mL,戊二醛体积为2mL的情况下反应3h,可得到中值粒径为47.7716μm的微胶囊颗粒。
