串补和可控电抗器在特高压电网的应用

摘    要:特高压电源基地长距离输送受暂态稳定限制、高补偿度高抗配置和无功需求矛盾是规划阶段特高压电网面临的主要问题.根据经验,认为采用特高压串补和可控电抗器以解决上述两类问题.通过仿真分析,提出在锡林郭勒盟,蒙西、陕北、川西采用40%左右串补后特高压交流输电能力可达4GW/回;长距离、大容量特高压、输电通道中间落点为开关站、进出线较多的枢纽变电站是特高压可控电抗器的主要应用系统.在设备调研的基础上,提出可控电抗器在2012年后、串补在2015年后推广应用的建议计划.

Abstract:When planning the UHV power grid,two problems must be solved.One is how to improve the transmission capacity of long UHV AC line,which is limited by transient stability;the other is how to solve the contradiction between big capacity UHV shunt reactor and requirement of reactive power.According to the experiences,UHV series compensator and controllable shunt reactor can solve the two problems.Through system simulation,the transmission capacity of lines between Xilinguole County,Mengxi,Shanbei and Chuanxi to...
