摘    要:重油掺水乳化是一项新的节能技术,重油经乳化后作燃料,具有降低消耗、减轻环境污染、延长设备使用寿命等作用。乳化重油也能提高重油在铸造和砂轮工业生产中作防粘砂、溃散和湿润的使用效果。概述了近年来国内外重油掺水乳化技术的发展状况;着重介绍了重油乳化机理、爆破雾化机理和乳化重油所用的乳化剂、添加剂种类以及在应用中存在的问题和有待开发的领域。

Abstract:Heavy oil emulsification is a new energy saving technique. Emulsified fuel oil has the advantages of cutting down the consumption of material raw, lightening the environmental pollution and extending equipment useful life. The emulsified heavy oil can also be used in metal casting and grinding wheel production with increased efficiency as compared with the regular heavy oil. The paper discusses the development of heavy oil emulsification in recent years, emphasizes the mechanisms of heavy oil emulsification, demolition atomization, heavy oil emulsifying agents, stabilized agents and their application problems and awaiting developed fields.
