环件冷辗扩数值模拟技术的进展

摘    要:综述了环件冷辗扩成形模拟技术的最新进展:冷辗扩成形模拟已经由简化几何和材料模型的分析转向全面的三维分析,通过采用动力显式有限元算法、双网格技术、虚拟质量和速度等技术减少了计算时间,接触和摩擦等非线性边界问题得到深入的研究.根据目前存在的问题和实际工程的需要,指出了进一步研究的发展趋势.

Abstract:Latest developments of numerical simulation techniques of cold ring rolling process have been introduced.Full 3-D analysis of the process has been undertaken instead of the analysis of simplified geometry and material models.By adopting dynamic explicit finite element algorithm,dual mesh technique or virtual mass and velocity,the run time has been reduced,and nonlinear boundary problems of contact and friction have been deeply studied.The development trend has been proposed according to the problems at present and the needs in the engineering field.
