| Abstract: | In this paper, we introduce several typical operators for edge detection in digital image, and then do theoretical analysis for them. By means of VC's programming, we obtain the experimental data about those operators. Through comparison of those results, the advantages and disadvantages of each operator and scopes of application are presented. |
