英买力气田污水絮凝处理试验研究

摘    要:针对英买力作业区气田采出污水矿化度高、腐蚀性强、总铁含量高、硫化物含量低、细菌含量较低、pH值低的特点,通过研究调整pH值、除铁剂种类及其用量、无机和有机絮凝剂种类及其用量以及加药间隔时间等的研究,对英买力气田污水进行絮凝处理。结果表明:当pH值为7.5、除铁剂加量为25 mg/L、无机絮凝剂加量为80 mg/L、有机絮凝剂加量为2.5 mg/L,有机絮凝剂与无机絮凝剂加药间隔控制在30~40 s时,处理后的污水的含铁量、含油量、SS含量、腐蚀速率由处理前的18.1~19.5 mg/L、54.9~64.3 mg/L、256.3~276.9 mg/L、0.0897 mm/a分别下降到0.049~0.059 mg/L、2.0~5.5 mg/L、7.2~9.6 mg/L、0.0103 mm/a。

Abstract:The sewage of yingmaili gasfield producted-water has hypersalinity、putrescence、high total iron conter、low conten of sulfides and bacteria、lower pH value.The pH,de-iron agent and amount,inorganic and organic flocculating agent and interval of agent additive were optimized in the yingmaili gas field-producted water,the results indicated that pH 7.5,the additive amounts of de-iron agent 25 mg/L,inorganic flocculating agent 80 mg/L,organic flocculating agent 2.5 mg/L,and the interval of agent additive was 30~40 s.The quality of the treated water was stable,and iron content dropped from 18.1~19.5 mg/L to 0.049~0.059 mg/L, SS content dropped from 256.3~276.9 mg/L to 7.2~9.6 mg/L,oil dropped from 54.9~64.3 mg/L to 2.0~5.5 mg/L,corrosion rate dropped from 0.0897 mm/a to 0.0103 mm/a,and met the re-injection water standards of recommended injection water quality.
