离子渗硫层的抗擦伤性能及耐磨性研究

摘    要:采用低温离子渗硫技术在45钢表面形成一定厚度的渗硫层.用销盘试验机在机械油润滑条件下对渗硫表面的抗擦伤性能,减摩及耐磨性能进行了系统研究.采用EDX和AES分析了边界润滑膜的成分.结果表明在低速条件下渗硫层可显著改善钢表面的扰擦伤性能,且具有较好的减摩耐磨作用.在磨损过程中,渗硫层促进了摩擦表面氧化物的形成.厚度适当的渗层可使边界润滑膜中的硫氧比处于最优范围,使表面承载能力提高.同时其对磨面的磨损也有所降低.

Abstract:The sulphide layer with a certain thickness was produced on 45(1045) steel by low temperature ion sulphurizing process. The anti scuffing, friction reducing and wear resistant properties were investigated systematically on a pin on disc tester under engine oil lubrication condition. EDX and AES were used to examine the composition of boundary film. The results showed that the sulphide layer could improve the anti scuffing property of steel at low speed remarkably, and showed excellent friction reducing and wear resistant effects. During the wear process, the sulphide layer could promote the formation of oxide on the rubbing surface. A sulphide layer with an appropriate thickness could make the ratio of sulphur to oxygen in the boundary film within an optimum range, thus resulting in the largest load carrying capacity. Furthermore, the wear of its counterface was also reduced.
