| 摘 要： | 公伯峡水电站工程在施工期建立了健全的环境保护管理体系，试行了环境监理制，各项环境保护措施得到了及时落实．施工期的环境污染和生态破坏得到了有效控制，使项目区环境状况得到了较大的改善。
