莲纤维的纺纱工艺探究

摘    要:分析了莲纤维的可纺性,研究了莲纤维的纺纱工艺。结果表明:莲纤维纺纱性能介于棉纤维和麻纤维之间,宜采用莲/棉进行混纺;试纺纱线品种为莲/棉20/80,细度28 tex混纺纱;选择的工艺参数为;采用较低的速度:FA022打手速度260 r/min、FA141综合打手速度903 r/min、锡林360 r/min、刺辊880 r/min;采用较大粗纱捻系数,捻度45 T/m;采用较大钢丝圈,钢丝圈号数选择5/0;最后纺制的纱线质量能满足后续生产要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the spinnability of lotus fiber and studied the spinning technology of lotus fiber. The results show that the lotus fiber' s spinning performance is between cotton fiber and ramie fiber, and it should be blended with cotton; the trial product is lotus/cotton blending of 20/80 with yarn fineness 28 tex. The appropriate process parameters are as follows: the lower speed: beater of FA022 in 260 r/rain, beater of FA141 in 903 r/min, cylinder in 360 r/min and licker in 880 r/min; the bigger roving twist factor: twist is 45 T/m; the larger steel ring: number of steel wire ring is 5/0. The spun yarn quality can meet the subsequent production requirements.
