| 摘 要： | 通过对棉织物用甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)复合阻燃剂进行阻燃整理和工艺参数的分析,确定了棉织物耐久性阻燃整理的最佳工艺为:阻燃剂质量浓度200 g/L,助剂质量浓度15 g/L,浸渍温度80℃,浸渍时间3h.经整理的织物水洗15次后,阻燃性能达到GB 20286 - 2006标准中的阻燃1级.

| Abstract: | Flame-retardant finishing of cotton fabric was carried on by using dimethyl methanephosphonate(DMMP)composite flame retardant agent.Through the analysis of process parameters,the optimal formula of durable flame-retardant finishing technology of cotton fabric was achieved: amount of flame retardant is 200 g/L,amount of additive is 15 g/L,dipping temperature is 80 ℃,dipping time is 3 h.After washing 15times,flame retardant properties can meet flame-retardant 1-level according to GB 20286-2006. |
