火电机组高加泄漏原因分析

摘    要:高加是利用汽轮机中间级后的抽汽加热给水的换热设备。通过加热器传热管束使给水与抽汽进行热交换,提高给水温度,是火电厂提高经济性的重要手段。文章多角度分析了在保证给水温度要求的前提下高加泄漏的原因及切除后运行操作的监视重点,针对不同泄漏原因提出了相应措施,对机组安全、经济运行具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:High pressure heater is a kind of heat exchange equipment which uses the steam extraction after the intermediate stage of steam turbine to heat the feed water.It is an important means of improving the economy of a thermal power plant to exchange heat between feed water and steam extraction through heat transfer tube bundles.This paper analyzes the causes of leakage of high pressure heater on the premise of ensuring the feed water temperature and the key monitoring points after removal,and puts forward corresponding measures for different leakage causes,which is of great significance to the safe and economic operation of the unit.
