| 摘 要： | 应用人机系统理论,开发软件巡检系统平台来提高电气设备状态检测管理水平,尽可能杜绝人为因素的影响,使定性、定量、客观地、即时考核设备巡检人员的工作绩效成为可能。利用人机系统理论获得最佳巡视效果,从而实现对现场巡视作业安全、质量的“可控”和“在控”,获得最佳安全效益和经济效益。
