| 摘 要： | 文中针对汾河三坝灌区春浇库水供应严重不足而灌溉淡季河道弃水较多的现状．经过3年的典型试验和10余年的推广应用，对蓄水灌溉技术与效果进行了较为系统的研究。指出蓄水灌溉是解决北方灌区干旱缺水、农业减产、农民减收问题的有效途径，有重要的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the present situation that in spring irrigation period the water supply of Fenhe Reservoir is severely deficient and in non-irrigation period a great volume of runoff is not used,through three years' typical test and about ten years' application,in Fenhe Sanba Irrigation District,the storage irrigation technique and its effect are systematically studied.In this paper the author indicates that application of this irrigation technique is an effective way to solve some problems including,water shortage in north area irrigation district,reducing yield of agriculture and reducing income of peasant.Therefore,this irrigation method possesses important application value. |
