摘    要:选用了L929小鼠成纤维细胞为靶细胞,用硫酸酯化魔芋多糖血液灌流吸附剂不同浓度的浸渍液,通过体外细胞培养法进行细胞毒性检测,于1 d、3 d、5 d测其吸光度(OD)值,计算细胞的相对增殖率,用6级毒性分类法评价。培养期各组细胞大量增殖,毒性级为0~1级,各实验组与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0 05);与阳性组比较有显著性差异(P<0 05)。说明硫酸酯化魔芋葡甘聚糖血液灌流吸附剂是一种具有良好细胞生物相容性材料。

Abstract:The in vitro cytotoxicities of konjac glucomannan blood Absorbent were tested by MTT assay. In this study, L929 mouse fibroblasts were used as the target cellular lines .The OD values of cultured cells were measured on the 1st, 3rd and 5th day respectively. The cell relative proliferation rates of extract liquid of each group were calculated. The cytotoxicity grade of the material was determined according to six-grade. All cells were proliferated during cultivation. The cytotoxicity gradation of each group was at 0~1 grade.The tested groups did not chang significantly compared to the negative group (P>0.05),while changed significantly compared to the positive group (P<0.05). The konjac glucomannan blood Absorbent is a kind of material with good cellular compatibility.
