| 摘 要： | 为解决丙烯原料短缺问题，荆门石化公司在80万t/a重油催化裂化装置上应用LOSA-1增产丙烯助剂。应用结果表明：丙烯产率平均增加1．32％，平均增产丙烯29．88t/d，经济效益1253．52万元／a；LOSA-1加入量为3％-5％；加入LOSA-1对产品分布、汽油质量及装置的加工能力影响不大。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the shortage of propylene feed, the LOSA-1 ingredient for propylene production was applicated in a 800 kt/a RFCCU of Jingmen Petrochemical Company. The results showed that by additing 3%-5% ( mass fraction ) of LOSA-1, the average yield of propylene increased 1. 32% ,the production of propylene increased 29. 88 t/d,and created good economical profits. The addition of LOSA-1 had little effect on the distribution of product, the quality of gasoilen and the process capability of oil. |
