THJ-2型高级过程控制系统中锅炉内胆液位的PID控制

摘    要:介绍了锅炉内胆液位的PID控制与MCGS组态软件在THJ-2型高级过程控制系统中的应用,对锅炉内胆液位控制的P,PI,PID调节器在改变参数的情况下进行仿真分析,结果表明在比例积分控制的基础上加入了微分D控制,加快了系统的响应速度,但同时也降低了系统的稳定性.

Abstract:This paper introduces the PID control of the water level of boiler inside wall, and the application of MCGS software in THJ-2 advanced process control system. By simulating analysis on the P, PI, and PID adjustors for water level control of boiler inside wall under the condition of changing parameters, the results show that adding D differential coefficient to proportional integral control increases system response speed, and decreases system stability as well.
